When I bought my dryer I was not sure that I would like the door that came down instead of the one that swung to the side. However, I absolutely love it. It is amazing that it is not hitting the wall when I am trying to get laundry out. It was not an issue for me for the extra wait time when ordering the item, however I do understand how it might be for someone else. My product was delivered with care, and I have had no issues and hope to have no issues for the entirety of my ownership.

Not happy with it as the left nob of sensor drying does not work at all and clothes come out damp and the wrinkle cycle there does not work at all. I wanted to buy the washer to match but not not so sure.
